Thank you for taking the time to browse my web site. I was born and raised in Tennessee and when I was 18 years of age I moved to the Center Hill Lake area and became very familiar with the Middle Tennessee Region. However, I joined the U.S. Navy and after 22 years of military service, a Vietnam era and Gulf War Veteran, I returned to Tennessee and pick up where I left off. I earned my Realtor's license in 2000 and went on to become a Real Estate Broker. I began working for Center Hill Realty in the Spring of 2002. It is a choice of Agencies that I have never regretted and I have learned and grown a lot since starting with the company. In 2006, Robin Driver, Owner/Broker of Center Hill Realty, offered me a position as the Principal Broker at Center Hill Realty - Silver Point. It is a position I truly enjoy and with the help of some of the finest Real Estate Professionals I have ever met, Center Hill Realty - Silver Point has progressively moved up and forward, becoming a premiere agency for properties in Middle Tennessee and around Center Hill Lake. I earned my Professional Auctioneer's license in 2007 and have qualified as a Resort and Second Property Specialist (RSPS) and a Senior's Real Estate Specialist (SRES) through the National Association of Realtors. These qualifications along with 10 years experience in the local market and a recognized professional in my field is an advantage I use to help my customers and clients in making their real estate decisions.
There are aspects of real estate sales that seem pretty simple. Yet, there are many elements of a smooth transaction, however, that are complicated and daunting. It is my job to help make those complicated and daunting tasks as transparent as possible for my Clients. I am there every step of the way, from beginning to end, advising, counseling and working hard to not only fulfill my duties but to build a relationship and to create a lasting positive impression on my clients.
